Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
These terms and conditions apply to all events organized by The Wash Youth Foundation (“the Foundation”). By attending any Foundation event, participants agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Events are open to individuals as specified in the event details. Some events may be restricted by age, registration requirements, or specific conditions outlined in the event description.
  • Attendees under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated in the event guidelines.

3. Registration and Participation

  • Most events require pre-registration or RSVP by the specified deadline. Registration may close once capacity is reached, and walk-ins may not be guaranteed entry.
  • Any applicable event fees or donations must be paid at the time of registration.
  • Tickets or registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

4. Event Conduct

  • All participants must treat staff, volunteers, and other attendees with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
  • Event-specific rules (e.g., dress codes, safety regulations, etc.) will be outlined in individual event descriptions and must be adhered to.

5. Liability

  • The Wash Youth Foundation is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events.
  • By attending the event, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, or illness.
  • The Foundation will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from event participation.

6. Health and Safety

  • All attendees must follow health and safety instructions provided by event organizers, including compliance with local health regulations and guidelines (e.g., COVID-19 protocols).
  • If attendees feel unwell, they are encouraged to refrain from attending the event. The Foundation reserves the right to deny entry or ask anyone displaying symptoms of illness to leave for the safety of other participants.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

  • The Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to the event schedule or location at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, public health concerns, or emergencies).
  • In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to notify registered participants as soon as possible via email, phone, or social media.
  • Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined in event-specific information.

8. Media and Photography

  • The Foundation may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on social media, websites, and printed materials.
  • By attending Foundation events, participants consent to being photographed or recorded unless they notify event staff of their preference not to be included.

9. Donations and Fundraising

  • Proceeds from donations or fundraising activities during Foundation events will go towards supporting The Wash Youth Foundation’s charitable programs and services.
  • Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in individual event terms.

10. Accessibility

  • The Foundation strives to make its events accessible to all attendees, including providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities. Participants with specific needs should contact the Foundation in advance of the event to arrange accommodations.

11. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes inclusivity, respect, and positivity at all Foundation events.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to remove any attendee for violating these terms or engaging in harmful or illegal conduct.

12. Data Protection

  • Any personal information collected during event registration will be used for event management purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  • The Foundation does not share personal data with third parties without the attendee’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada. Any disputes arising from Foundation events will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Clark County, Nevada.

By participating in any event organized by The Wash Youth Foundation, attendees acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
